Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles invoices and taxes. The checkout shows the final amount for your country before you pay and may show it in your local currency.

Questions

How does the free trial work?
Create an account, then start the trial of the plan you want from the Billing page of the dashboard. The trial lasts 14 days. You are charged the monthly price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Paddle may ask for a payment method when the trial starts.
What can I do without a plan?
With a free account you can set up one project, discover the screenshots in your docs, map up to 100 of them, preview captures and test single mappings. Check runs, scheduled or started by hand, need an active trial or plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch plans from the Billing page; the change applies immediately and Paddle prorates the price. Cancel any time from the Billing page (“Manage billing”); you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. See the refund policy.
Who charges me and issues the invoice?
Paddle, as the reseller of StaleSnap. Your invoices come from Paddle; you can also find them through “Manage billing” on the Billing page or at paddle.net.
